Lawngtlai, May 8, 2026 (Friday): The Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) Examination commenced today under the LADC NIELIT Study Centre. The examination will continue today and tomorrow, May 9, 2026 (Saturday).
A total of 18 students from the LADC NIELIT Study Centre are appearing in the examination as the first batch of candidates. The examination is being conducted jointly with students from DIET Lawngtlai. The 18 students from the LADC Study Centre will continue their examination on Saturday.
The LADC NIELIT Study Centre was established through the initiative of the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Department under LADC in collaboration with NIELIT Aizawl. The centre was set up to promote digital literacy among District Council employees as well as the general public, and to enhance administrative efficiency. The CCC course for which the students are appearing is recognized under the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) and is considered an important computer proficiency qualification for government employment.
The examination has been conducted smoothly, and it is hoped that the first batch of students will achieve excellent results.
