Lawngtlai, August 25, 2026: Today, Chief Executive Member of the Lai Autonomous District Council (LADC), Pu C. Lalsawmzuala, held a meeting with the staff of the Technical Department under LADC, including Junior Engineers (JEs) and senior officials, at the CEM Conference Hall.

Pu C. Lalsawmzuala expressed his happiness at having the opportunity to hold such a meaningful meeting with the department staff and expressed hope that it would contribute towards bringing about positive and desirable development for the LADC Government.

During the meeting, various matters concerning the development and improvement of the department were discussed. The staff also apprised the CEM of the difficulties and challenges they were facing. Pu C. Lalsawmzuala stated that he would give due importance to the issues raised by the staff and assured them that he would follow up on the matters to the extent possible.

He also urged the engineers to continuously enhance their knowledge, skills and capabilities and to contribute their best towards the development and progress of LADC.
