Lawngtlai, March 25, 2026: The leaders of the LADC Staff Association today contributed a sum of ₹30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand) to the LADC Chief Executive Member (CEM) Relief Fund. The contribution was handed over at around 1:00 PM.

On receiving the donation, Pu C. Lalsawmzuala, CEM, LADC, expressed his gratitude to the Staff Association. He stated that the employees under LADC are the true stakeholders of the government, and such voluntary contributions made with a sense of responsibility are highly commendable and encouraging.

He further assured that the CEM Relief Fund will be properly maintained and utilized judiciously for the benefit of those in need.

Following the donation programme, the CEM held a meeting with the leaders of the Staff Association. During the interaction, the association expressed their gratitude for the 4% Dearness Allowance (DA) and the additional 2% DA to be implemented from April 2026. The CEM assured that the concerns and needs of the Staff Association would be carefully examined and addressed as required.
