This afternoon, Pu C. Hrangthianga, Executive Member, SYS Department, LADC, held a cordial meeting in his Office Chamber with leaders of CYLA and LDFA, during which they discussed matters related to the promotion and development of Sports in the LADC area.

While chairing the meeting, Pu C. Hrangthianga spoke about the works and initiatives of the SYS Department, LADC. He expressed that CYLA and LDFA have been good partners in their undertakings and emphasized the need for continued collaboration. He stated that various forms of substance abuse have greatly affected the youth in our land, and therefore, constant efforts and programs are necessary to safeguard our land and people. Moreover, since opportunities exist for talented and dedicated sportspersons to excel, it is important that LADC, along with CYLA and LDFA, continue to cooperate and work together. In this way, proper plans and strategies can be made for further progress, he said.

At the meeting, Pu F. Lalrothanga, President of CYLA, along with CYLA Office Bearers and LDFA leaders, examined the initiatives planned by the SYS Department, LADC, for joint efforts. After discussions, they agreed to refine certain areas where needed and decided that a formal agreement for cooperation will be signed on September 29, 2025 (Monday).
