Lawngtlai, March 28, 2025: Today, Rising Day, the 41st anniversary of Pang Zirlai Pawl was celebrated at the General Headquarters, YMA Hall Vathuampui, with Mr. LR. Dingliana Chinzah, Executive Member i/c PWD etc. LADC as the Chief Guest, and Mr. L. Ruatsanga, VCP Vathuampui as the Guest of Honour.
Mr. LR. Dingliana Chinzah, EM, during his speech, stated that he is honoured to be invited as Chief Guest during the event. He thanked and greeted everyone present to commemorate the Rising Day especially adressing Mr. L. Ruatsanga VCP Vathuampui, the Guest of Honour, emphasizing the importance of the Rising Day celebrations and for everyone to enjoy the event.
During his speech, he remarked that the Pang Zirlai Pawl is distinct from other parties, lacking other association/organization within the Pang community, therefore, it is important to recognize our roots. As an organization established for students, he also stated that it is fundamentally important for all members to try their best in their studies and that he hopes that they will bear fruitful results going forward. He also highlighted that LADC area is a habitant of diverse commmunities and that it is necessary for all minor groups to unify the diverse communities, promoting peace, and striving for development. He also implored everyone to aspire to uphold the spirit of our people and culture, with the aspiration that all individuals can find hope and recognition, thus strengthening national unity.
Mr. L. Ruatsanga VCP also delivered a speech, expressing that the Pang Zirlai Pawl plays a significant role in the development of their society and communities, fostering cooperation among the youth while advocating for better educational opportunities for future generations.
Mr. Albin Lalhruaitluanga, President of PZP, mentioned that while the Pang Community may not have many factions, through PZP, we strive to bring innovation and progress for all our people, ensuring that youth are adequately prepared for leadership. Thereby requesting every member of PZP to strive for a better education.
Mr. C. Lalzuala, Founder GS of PZP also shared the history of PZP. Mr. Lalremruatkima, Health Worker, and Mr. Lalremsanga, First Class Magistrate, also shared their input and delivered speeches.
The event was conducted under the chairmanship of Mr. Vanlaltanpuia, Vice President, PZP, with Pastor R. Vanlalhriatpuia of UPC (NEI) performing devotion. General Secretary Laldikzuala also gave reports and introductions for the members.
Mr. LR. Dingliana Chinzah, EM LADC also visited many important places within LADC area in the presence of Mr. V. Boiliana, Senior Engineer, PWD LADC, and other officials.
