Lawngtlai, November 4, 2025:

Today, students at the NIELIT Study Centre under LADC have begun their computer training classes.

To mark the commencement of the training at the NIELIT Study Centre, a brief gathering was held. During the event, Pu C. Lawmsangzuala, Information & Public Relations Officer, delivered a short speech, highlighting that in today’s time, computer literacy has become essential not only for writing and documentation but also for performing government tasks, which are now mostly web-based. He stated that those without computer skills may face difficulties in employment opportunities. Therefore, he emphasized that this Study Centre is very useful for learners to gain proper computer knowledge and skills.

He further encouraged the trainees to study diligently and sincerely, noting that since they are among the first batch, they should set a good example and inspire others to learn.

Pu C. Lalchhuanawma, Centre Co-ordinator, also mentioned that the classes would proceed regularly and urged all students to attend consistently and participate actively.
