NOTIFICATION Lawngtlai, the 5th March 2017 In the interest of public service and in conformity with Central and State government's structures, wherever applicable, the Executive Committee of the Lai Autonomous District Council is pleased to change the names of some departments mentioned below with immediate effect and until further order. Further, the powers, functions and responsibilities of the Departments so changed will remain the same as it is and where it is within its own capacity. Any correspondence, whether official or demi-official, pertaining to the said Department may, henceforth, be addressed to the new name of Department mentioned against it respectively. 1.
