OFFICE MEMORANDUM The 6th April, 2015-04-08 Submission of immoveable property return by Group A & B officers of LADC for placing in public domain. Rule 18(1)(i) of the Central Civil Service (Conduct) Rules have provision for submission of annual property returns in respect of immoveable property by all Group A & B Officers by 31st January each year. A series of instruction in the form of office memorandum have also been put in place for compliance by all stake holders. It has been decided that the immoveable property returns submitted by members of all Group A & B Officers of Lai Autonomous District Council will be placed in public domain in a year-wise series.
