Lawngtlai, September 03, 2024 - Pu HC. Lalthawmliana, Executive Member (PHE) of the Lai Autonomous District Council (LADC), convened a crucial meeting with the staff of Lai House in Aizawl. The meeting took place at the Lai House Conference Hall, highlighting key administrative and performance issues.
During the meeting, Pu HC. Lalthawmliana stressed the importance of adhering to high standards and achieving effective performance from the staff. He pointed out several areas needing improvement, including staff attendance and overall operational efficiency. Emphasizing the necessity of upholding high standards in all tasks, he urged the staff to enhance their performance and dedication to meet the council’s expectations. He also addressed the need for better task management and the importance of maintaining quality in their duties.
Pu C. Lalmuanthanga, a member of LADC from the ULP party, reinforced the importance of effective coordination and strict adherence to administrative guidelines. He encouraged staff members to work diligently to meet higher performance standards. Pu Lalmuanthanga highlighted that improvements in management practices and a stronger commitment to their roles were essential for achieving better results.
Deputy Chief Whip Pu Lalthanmawia Colney discussed the administration's focus on enhancing efficiency and the effective management of staff. He urged the staff to strive for better performance and maintain high standards in their daily duties. Pu Colney emphasized the need for rigorous management practices and commitment to meet the expectations of the council. He acknowledged that past performance in certain areas had been lacking and needed to be addressed.
The meeting was presided over by Pi Lalhminghlupuii Thangen, Deputy Resident Commissioner, who underscored the significance of the issues discussed and the need for continuous improvement. Pi Thangen highlighted that ongoing improvements in staff performance and administration were crucial for achieving the council's objectives.
The discussions were aimed at ensuring that the Lai House staff are well-aligned with the council's standards and expectations, and to foster a more effective and efficient administrative environment.
