Lawngtlai, October 8, 2025:

This evening at 2:00 PM, Pu L. Daniala, Executive Member in-charge of the Local Administration Department (LAD), LADC, inaugurated the Panchayat Bhavan at Chawntlangpui.

In his speech, Pu L. Daniala expressed his happiness that the Chawntlangpui Village Council could successfully complete and hand over such a fine Panchayat Bhavan. He stated that despite the limited resources for constructing Panchayat Bhavans, it was admirable that Chawntlangpui managed to undertake and complete the project.

He added that Village Councils play a very important role in local governance, and their duties are quite challenging. Therefore, since the progress and development of the Lai land and people depend greatly on their efforts, he encouraged them to continue working sincerely and efficiently with their skills and wisdom. He also expressed gratitude to the people of Chawntlangpui for their cooperation and urged them to continue their collective efforts for further progress in the future.

Pu L. Daniala, EM, was accompanied by Pu C. Lalrinzuala, LAO, and Pu H. Lalrammawizuala, Dy. LAO, LADC, along with other officials.
