Lawngtlai, May 8, 2025 - Pu N. Zangura, United Democratic Alliance Leader and MDC for 21-M. Kawnpui Constituency, was sworn in as LADC Chief Executive Member today.

The ceremony, held at the LADC Conference Hall, was administered by Additional Deputy Commissioner Pu David Lalrinawma MCS.

Pu K. Lalthanzara, Executive Secretary, LADC, read out the notification from the Secretary, DC&MA, as directed by Hon'ble Governor General (Dr) Vijay Kumar Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (Retd), Pu Lalrinawma then administered the oath of office to Pu N. Zangura.

In his address, Pu N. Zangura thanked God and acknowledged the trust placed in him. He emphasized the government's commitment to serving the people and the land, rather than personal interests. He sought prayers and support for the government's success, promising to work towards regional progress.

Officials and invitees attended the ceremony.
