LADC GAD (PRC) O/o No. 20/2016 : In continuation of this Notification No.A. 14013/1/2011-LADC/GAD of date 11.3.2016 and after expiry of extension of service for a period of six (6) months, the Lai Autonomous District Council hereby released Pu. HT. John, EE (PWD) on Superannuation Pension under Rule 35 of CCS (Pension) Rules 1972, w.e.f. 31.8.2016 afternoon. Further, encashment of leave salary equivalent to 300 days shall be paid to him under Rule 9 & Rule 39 of CSS (Leave) Rules, 1979, as amended from time to time. The Lai Autonomous District Council declare the post of Pu. HT. John, EE PWD retired as a vacant post with immediate effect. Sd/- H.
