PR NO. 02/2026–2027

Lawngtlai, April 01, 2026:Today, the Revenue Department Field Staff Welfare under the Lai Autonomous District Council (LADC) donated an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) to the Chief Executive Member (CEM) Relief Fund.

On receiving the contribution, Pu C. Lalsawmzuala, CEM, LADC, expressed his gratitude and appreciated the concern shown by LADC employees towards the CEM Relief Fund. He stated that the fund will be utilized properly and for its intended purpose. He further assured that, as per the existing arrangements, the assistance will reach the rightful beneficiaries.

The CEM also encouraged all staff members to continue working together in unity with the leadership for the overall development of LADC.

During the occasion, the Field Staff Welfare representatives also submitted written representations to the CEM highlighting various challenges faced in their line of work, including issues related to “conversion.” The CEM assured them that their concerns would be carefully examined and addressed to the extent possible.
