Lawngtlai, September 17, 2026: The Sports and Youth Services Department (SYS Department), LADC, and the Central Young Lai Association (CYLA) signed a Deed of Agreement regarding the temporary use of the CYLA Football Playground. The agreement was signed at the room of Pu C. Hrangthianga, Executive Member, LADC, in charge of the Sports & Youth Services Department.

Pu C. Hrangthianga expressed his gratitude to the CYLA for entering into the agreement concerning the temporary use of the football playground with the SYS Department, LADC, so that sportspeople can continue to achieve further progress and reach new milestones in their sporting activities.

The agreement consists of seven points. It lays down the terms and conditions for the temporary use of the CYLA Football Playground, so that sportspeople within Lawngtlai District can make progress in football through the Sports & Youth Services Department, LADC.
