NOTIFICATION

The 3rd October, 2019

It is hereby notified for the general public that-

(1) The Lai Autonomous District Council (Entertainment Tax) Regulation 2019, and

(2) The Lai Autonomous District Council (Entry of Goods into Market) 2019, which recieved the approval of the Governor of Mizoram and published in the Mizoram Gazette Volume-XVLIII, Issue No. 573 of 23.8.2019 shall be operative within the whole of Lai Autonomous District Council jurisdiction.

The Taxation Officer, the Assistant Taxation Officer and Tax Collectors of Taxation Department of LADC are delegated powers for carrying out the provisions of this Regulation.
