Lawngtlai, March 25, 2025: Today, March 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner, following the Mizoram Governor’s notification No. A.43016/1/2020-DC&MA(L)/Pt dated 24.3.2025, Pi C. Biakthansangi, MDC, officially took on the role of Protem Chairman of the LADC and the oath was administered by Pu Cheemala Siva Gopal Reddy, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Lawngtlai.

At this ceremony, Mr. Lianchungnunga, Secretary, DCS, read the Governor's Order that has been issued. Mr. Cheemala Siva Gopal Reddy (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Lawngtlai then officiated the oath taking ceremony of Pi C. Biakthansangi as Protem Chairman. Subsequently, Pi C. Biakthansangi assumed office of the Chairman, LADC.

Also present were Mr. LR. Dingliana Chinzah, Executive Member, Mr. V. Zathanga, Executive Member, Mr. CL. Lianzuala, Executive Member, Mr. L. Lalhmachhuana, Executive Member, and LADC Executive Secretary Mr. K. Lalthanzara.
