Lawngtlai, July 19, 2024: At 1:00 p.m. today, Pu C. Rongura, Executive Member of the Transport Department, LADC, held a review meeting with LADC drivers at the conference room.

In his address, Pu C. Rongura emphasized, "The drivers under LADC’s jurisdiction are crucial for effective transportation, and it is essential that they carry out their duties with sincerity and commitment. While we strive for efficiency, we must also be vigilant to ensure that we are upholding our responsibilities and not merely following instructions. It is vital that senior drivers set a good example for the younger ones, demonstrating professionalism and dedication to their roles. I urge everyone to maintain high standards and a responsible attitude."

He further stated that adherence to government regulations is mandatory for all drivers, including having a valid driving license and complying with official guidelines. He stressed that drivers should be well-informed and competent in their duties, ensuring safety and efficiency in their work. "In order to uphold the quality of transportation services in our region, it is imperative that drivers are conscientious and reliable in their roles," he said, underscoring the importance of upholding high standards.

Pu C. Laldinthara, Secretary of the Driver’s Association, LADC, also spoke at the meeting, and Pu Sawithanga, President of the LADC Driver’s Association, highlighted the importance of ongoing dialogue and improvement in the drivers' practices.
