Lawngtlai, July 18, 2024: Today, Pu Sanghuliana Mualchin, Executive Member (EM) for Primary School Education of the Lai Autonomous District Council (LADC), conducted a meeting with officials of the Primary School Education Department at the department's office.

Pu Sanghuliana Mualchin emphasized, "In times of challenges, it is essential to maintain a positive and constructive approach. My role in this department is to ensure we have effective strategies and approaches to overcome obstacles and achieve our goals. I urge everyone to work together with dedication, focusing on the common good for the people and the LADC administration."

He further explained, "Creating and managing an office effectively is crucial for our success. The Education Department's role is to be a dedicated service provider to the community, and we must focus on being efficient and effective in our duties. We need to address challenges as they arise, manage various tasks effectively, and ensure we are available to the community."

Pu Sanghuliana Mualchin also stated, "As politicians, it is our responsibility to be proactive and ensure that we are not only present but also making meaningful contributions. We must uphold the values of integrity and service, working to improve our community. It is essential to address issues diligently and strive for excellence in our responsibilities."

Pi Hrangthanmawii, Elementary Education Officer, also highlighted that the meeting was an opportunity for review and reflection on the department’s achievements and challenges.
